Join our team: final inspection operator (Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a final inspection operator in New Kent County, Virginia. You will be based on a garment production line. The role involves: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $250 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
