Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites On the job you will handle: • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear 3+ years on the tools preferred.
