Fine-dining server • Hawkins County, Tennessee

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Hawkins County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar 4+ years on the tools preferred.
