Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Damaturu, Yobe State. You will work in a busy paint shop. Your main tasks: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
