Join our team: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Hernando County, Florida. The role involves: • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run Requirements: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Six days a week, one day off.
