Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Major County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time with occasional weekends. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
