Scaffolder — Rabun County

Join our team: we are hiring a scaffolder in Rabun County, Georgia. You will be based at a shipyard. You will set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner. What we are looking for: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage Rotating shifts.
