Dough maker — El Dorado County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in El Dorado County, California. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Full-time, day shift.
