On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
