Urgent requirement: dishwasher (Alaska)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in Northwest Arctic Borough, Alaska. The role involves mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
