Prep cook wanted in Ashley County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Ashley County, Arkansas. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
