The role involves sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided.
