You should have: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing On the job you will handle: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking Rotating shifts.
