Paint booth operator — Kuje

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Kuje, Federal Capital Territory. You will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
