The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
