Your main tasks: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
