Roofing technician — Yadkin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing technician in Yadkin County, North Carolina. The job is at a roofing and cladding contractor. You will bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens. You should have: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
