Kitchenhand — Lamar County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Lamar County, Alabama. You will work at a fast-food outlet. You will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Six days a week, one day off.
