We are recruiting: we are hiring a site carpenter in Fayette County, Georgia. You will be based on a busy construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles You should have: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
