Stainless steel welder — Agatu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Agatu, Benue State. The job is at an automotive body and exhaust shop. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard The role involves clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
