Confectioner — Makarfi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Makarfi, Kaduna State. You will work in a bread factory. The role involves: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen We offer ₦290,000 per month plus benefits.
