Plant operator • Rockland County, New York

Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Rockland County, New York. You will work on a pipeline and trenching crew. Day to day you will track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds. You should have: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control 6+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
