Powder coating line operator — Antrim County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Antrim County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape 4+ years on the tools preferred.
