VRF/VRV installation technician • Floyd County, Iowa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a VRF/VRV installation technician in Floyd County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Can read electrical and piping schematics • Presentable and polite with customers on site Your main tasks: • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
