Auto painter — Wichita County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an auto painter in Wichita County, Texas. The job is in an automotive paint and panel workshop. On a typical shift you will mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
