We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Abeokuta South, Ogun State. You will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Meals and transport allowance provided.
