Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Llano County, Texas. The job is at a boiler and appliance service centre. Day-to-day duties: • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $200 per day plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
