Bread and bun maker — Bartholomew County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Bartholomew County, Indiana. You will work in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off.
