Shuttering charge hand — Ravalli County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Ravalli County, Montana. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Requirements: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules Day-to-day duties: • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
