You should have: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges You will key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift.
