We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel painter in Coleman County, Texas. On a typical shift you will wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss. You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends.
