Brick mason — Tioga County

Now hiring: we are hiring a brick mason in Tioga County, New York. You will work on a commercial construction site. On a typical shift you will pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings. Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
