Fry cook — Lee County

Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Lee County, Mississippi. The job is at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits.
