Head baker — Botetourt County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Botetourt County, Virginia. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
