Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Lee County, North Carolina. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
