Day-to-day duties: • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time • Sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub • Keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders • Capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset • Weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots Ideal candidate: • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Valid two-wheeler driving licence Part-time with flexible hours.
