Now hiring: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Moore County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm Requirements: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
