Marble mason — Franklin County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble mason in Franklin County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
