Immediate opening: scaffolding erector (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in Hampshire, England. You will be based on an industrial refinery shutdown. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment The role involves hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform. £3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
