LGV Class 1 driver — Abeokuta South

Requirements: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence Your main tasks: • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₦700 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
