Bakery assistant — Craig County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Craig County, Oklahoma. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off.
