Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills • Awareness of workshop health and safety • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly On a typical shift you will demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine; log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement; repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands; remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts.
