Great opportunity: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in Curry County, Oregon. You will work at a roofing and cladding contractor. What we are looking for: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Willing to work outdoors in all weather The role involves nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater. 3+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
