Powder coating line operator — Ohio County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Ohio County, Indiana. The role involves keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits.
