Scullery hand — Kings County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Kings County, California. Day-to-day duties: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
