Overhead (EOT) crane operator wanted in Potter County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Potter County, South Dakota. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes On a typical shift you will rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground. 2+ years on the tools preferred. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
