Waitress — Hays County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waitress in Hays County, Texas. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. The role involves: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
