Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
