Join our team: we are hiring a foundry worker in Bartholomew County, Indiana. The role involves carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. Ideal candidate: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits.
