Short order cook — Bowman County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Bowman County, North Dakota. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Overtime paid at a premium rate.
